Short-form party/bloc/treaty names

Posted this back when feature requests were on Discord, but I think it would be nice to be able to add a short-form name for your party, bloc or treaty (the latter two being usable only by leaders) for the AI, or other players, to use. I still occasionally see poor abbreviations of parties (e.g. Democratic Group being called Democrats) and suchlike so it might be a nice QoL feature to add immersion.
