Party Policy

I believe that parties should have both a voting record, along with party policy. This is why it should be added: When parties decide to go into coalition together, they typically vote together on laws, but over time, this can lead to the parties voting records becoming nearly identical. So I suggest having a system where people can set party policy that affects voter opinions alongside voting records, this would allow for parties in coalition to have clear separation, and also help new parties establish their profiles. I recommend adding small penalties for when parties vote against party policy.
