political parties and activists should be able to face justice, for example: An authoritarian party loses control of the government and becomes an opposition party, and then the new government arrests the old president who was authoritarian and bans the party which was authoritarian from public events.

    The example i used actually happened to me, but in order to give them justice, i become authoritarian. Which isn’t fair
