Gradual election results

We've just had a general election in our country, and I noticed that all of the results were announced instantly at one minute past the hour. I think it would be really interesting to have the results reveal gradually - such as:

• Seats randomly appearing during election day one by one

• All seats for the parties appearing at set intervals

Cabinets would only be able to be formed at the start of the next day. I think this would make the elections feel more real and increase immersion by making you feel like you're really watching the election results come in, rather than having everything magically appear at the start of the day.
