Debate on proposals combined with voting rationale

I think it would be great to have the ability to comment on other parties’ voting rationale in proposals. There have been times where it would have been interesting to debate a party’s reasoning for a stance, but it’s had to move into a protracted exchange of social media messages, which is clunkier and not quite as immersive. I fully support the change which meant parties have to state their reason for voting, but the ability to debate those positions in the page would be useful.
