Constitutional convention

I know very well that this has already been proposed on Discord but I just think it’s a really good idea. If a supermajority (or some other high margin) of members of Parliament accepted it, a constitutional convention could be held to rewrite the constitution. This would bypass the sometimes annoying 1-year limit for constitutional changes when there are many changes that need to be made in a short time, or as the original post on Discord mentioned, if a formerly dormant country with no players was revived by new players joining, these new players could rewrite its constitution much more easily.
