AI-powered Constitutional Council for law propositions

Use an LLM to read the constitution of the country (and international treaties if you implement them one day) as well as game rules, to check if a proposition is constitutional (based on the natural text, and not the special effects of the constitution only). The model either says it as constitutional or warns the party with a message explaining of why it is unconstitutional. If the party overrides and chooses to submit it to vote, automatically the supreme court is being called to check manually (as if the AI LLM makes the appeal). When party is warned, he gets 3 options: (a) edit/discard the proposition, (b) submit it to vote automatically once the council says it’s constitutional with a notification, (c) take a risk and forces the override, which will get you penalized if the council make a decision of it being unconstitutional.
