Age of Consent

There are many many laws scattered throughout so many different categories involving the age in which people can or cannot do things, considered a minor, or a criminal but no law or category that can address these things all together.

I will list all current laws regarding age to serve as example as why this is necessary as follows:

I propose a simpler age of consent model. You can set the age of consent via voting or through the constitution to different ages. Therefore, all laws regarding anything to do with age for minors- the language of those laws is changed to "…the national age of consent." I propose five options 12, 16, 18, 21, and 25. No I am not promoting anything it's the age ranges I've seen in the game. Personally I like 25 but that's just me- you don't have to agree or come to my country to agree this suggestion makes sense.
