Ability to resign from Cabinet

I would like to request the ability of parties to resign from the Cabinet, if they have disagreements or falling out with the governing coalition. Currently, if parties within the Cabinet do not wish to stay in a coalition, they would have to depend on the rest of the Coalition to kick them out in a new Cabinet proposal. By allowing cabinet resignations, this allows parties to freely leave a coalition they dislike (i.e. the main party passing a law they dislike) especially small parties who may otherwise not hold much sway or independence from major parties.

I feel like this is doable, as after a Constitutional amendment creates new Cabinet positions, the existing cabinet remains as an “Incomplete Cabinet”. I think this could also be applicable when parties leave the coalition, where the rest of the Cabinet remain as “Incomplete”
